Martin has been in ministry for 40 yrs, 30 of them in Canton. Though he was elevated Baptist, he made a decision to acquire Correct Light in unique path.

We believe that everyone requires to to be ministered to. This was a great possibility for us to minister to persons. We are in the men and women enterprise.”

At a time when church buildings are having difficulties to retain their doors open up, True Light has thrived. At the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Martin claimed, they hosted “travel-in” companies in the parking lot and also performed expert services on line, which was a massive accomplishment.

The church has about 100 users.

I simply call it mentoring men and women in accordance to Christ’s teachings. Martin mentioned he has no designs to retire but has created the church a guarantee. The church has four affiliate pastors.

“I advised the church that I would never out-continue to be my capability to be efficient,” he said. “I am not a person of individuals persons who holds on, just to maintain on. I would somewhat leave before than afterwards.”
