WILMINGTON, Del., July 13 (Reuters) – The first female main decide on Delaware’s nationally identified business courtroom will oversee Twitter Inc’s (TWTR.N) lawsuit that seeks to keep Elon Musk to his arrangement to invest in the social media platform for $44 billion, according to court docket data.
Kathaleen McCormick took about the position of chancellor, or main decide, past 12 months soon after the retirement of Andre Bouchard on the Court of Chancery, a favored location for massive company disputes.
